加味桂枝附子汤治疗寒凝胞宫型痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Guizhi Fuzi Decoction in Treating Dysmenorrhea of Coagulated Cold in Uterus Type

目的探讨应用加味桂枝附子汤治疗寒凝胞宫型痛经患者的疗效。方法选取2018年11月—2020年3月上海市东方医院吉安医院就诊的寒凝胞宫型痛经患者82例,采用随机法分为2组,每组41例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味桂枝附子汤治疗。2组患者均接受3个月经周期的治疗。评估2组疼痛程度(视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(75.61%),观察组VAS评分(1.04±0.43)分低于对照组的(2.78±0.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的不良反应发生率(4.88%)低于观察组不良反应发生率(12.20%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用加味桂枝附子汤治疗寒凝胞宫型痛经能缓解患者疼痛程度,增强治疗效果,且安全性良好,临床应用前景较佳。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction in the treatment of patients with dysmenorrhea of coagulated cold in uterus type.Methods A total of 82 patients with dysmenorrhea of coagulated cold in uterus type who were treated in Ji’an Hospital,Shanghai Dongfang Hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The pain degree[visual analog scale(VAS)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate(95.12%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(75.61%).The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was(1.04±0.43),which was lower than the control group(2.78±0.51).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 4.88%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.20%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuzi decoction is an effective treatment plan for the treatment of patients with dysmenorrhea of coagulated cold in uterus type.It can relieve the pain degree,enhance the treatment effect,has good safety,and has a better clinical application prospect.
