温复汤治疗缓慢性心律失常病例的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis on Wenfu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Arrhythmia

目的观察温复汤治疗心肾阳虚、痰瘀痹阻型缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效及中医证候改善情况。方法回顾性分析64例缓慢性心律失常患者,观察治疗前后Holter心电图平均心率、最小心率、总心率,中医证候积分。结果治疗组比对照组更能有效改善患者最小心率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的心悸、胸闷、气短、畏寒肢冷、气短乏力、头晕、下肢浮肿、口唇紫暗症状均有明显改善。治疗组在改善畏寒肢冷症状方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他症状无明显变化。治疗后2组患者的中医证候积分有变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温复汤治疗心肾阳虚、痰瘀痹阻型缓慢性心律失常疗效确切,能够提高心率、降低中医证候积分。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenfu decoction in the treatment of chronic arrhythmia caused by deficiency of heart and kidney yang and phlegm and blood stasis and the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes.Methods 64 patients with chronic arrhythmia were retrospectively analyzed,and the mean heart rate,minimum heart rate,total heart rate of Holter electrocardiogram before and after treatment were observed,as well as TCM syndrome score.Results After treatment,the minimum heart rate in the treatment group was improved more effectively than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,chills,weakness of breath,dizziness,edema of lower limbs and purplish dark lips in 2 groups were significantly improved.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of chills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while other symptoms had no significant change.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were changed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenfu decoction is effective in treating chronic arrhythmia caused by deficiency of heart and kidney yang and phlegm and blood stasis.It can increase heart rate and reduce TCM syndrome score.
