香砂六君子汤治疗胃癌化疗不良反应的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Adverse Reactions of Chemotherapy of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨香砂六君子汤治疗胃癌化疗不良反应的疗效。方法选择2017年9月—2019年10月大连市中西医结合医院收治的胃癌患者126例作为对象,随机分为对照组(63例)和观察组(63例)。对照组给予常规化疗5个疗程,观察组在其基础上服用香砂六君子汤治疗5个疗程。5个疗程治疗后对2组患者的不良反应进行评估,不良反应发生情况:包括呕吐、骨髓抑制、神经系统毒性、便秘等症状的发生率;比较2组治疗后的临床效果:总有效率和生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的临床效果总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后生活质量改善情况比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤能减轻化疗药物的不良反应,并能提高机体的免疫功能,提高治疗有效率,临床治疗效果很明显,提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of adverse reactions of gastric cancer chemotherapy.Methods 126 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Dalian Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=63 cases)and observation group(n=63 cases).The control group was given 5 courses of conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction for 5 courses on the basis of conventional drug treatment.After 5 courses of treatment,the patient’s adverse reactions were evaluated.The symptoms of the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups:symptoms including vomiting,bone marrow suppression,nervous system toxicity,and constipation were observed.The clinical effectiveness and the improvement of quality of life between the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the clinical effect of the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of quality of life of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can alleviate the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs,improve the immune function of the body,and improve the treatment efficiency.The clinical treatment effect is obvious,and the quality of life of patients is improved.It is worthy of popularization.
