中药熏洗结合运动疗法对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后康复的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Exercise Therapy on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children

目的观察中药熏洗结合运动疗法对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后康复的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年7月中国医科大学附属盛京医院骨科病房收治的儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿72例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各36例。对照组患儿行切开复位克氏针内固定术加石膏固定3~4周后,对其进行关节松动训练;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予中药熏洗和运动疗法,观察比较2组患儿的临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、肘关节功能恢复时间、并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组患儿总有效率、肘关节活动范围和Mayo评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿骨折愈合时间、肘关节功能恢复时间和患儿发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗结合运动疗法能够加速儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后康复,临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with exercise therapy on postoperative rehabilitation of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods 72 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 36 cases in each.In the control group,the children received joint loosening training after open reduction kirschner wire internal fixation plus plaster fixation for 3~4 weeks.On the basis of treatment in the control group,the observation group was given Chinese medicine fumigation and exercise therapy.The clinical efficacy,fracture healing time,elbow joint function recovery time and complications of the 2 groups were observed.Results The total effective rate,elbow range of motion and Mayo score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,elbow function recovery time and incidence of disease in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with exercise therapy can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children and has a good clinical effect.
