祛斑颗粒主要活性成分的质量控制研究

摘要 目的建立测定祛斑颗粒中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent 1200 Alltech C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(12∶88)(加磷酸调节pH为3),检测波长:232 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;进样量:10 mL。结果芍药苷线性范围为0.0982~3.9280 g,平均回收率为98.39%(RSD=1.4%),回归方程为y=1377.6x-17.49,r2=0.9998。结论该方法可靠准确,结果稳定,重复性好,可用于祛斑颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定。 Objective To determine the content of in Quban granule by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods Agilent 1200 Alltech SB-C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5um)was applied.The mobile phase:Acetonitrile-water(12:88)(to add phosphoric acid of adjust pH 3);the detection wavelength was 232nm.The velocity was 1.0ml/min,the Column temperature was 30℃and injection quantity of 10ul.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was from 0.0982μgto 3.9280μg.The average recovery rate was 98.39%(RSD=1.4%).The regression equation was y=1377.6x-17.49,r2=0.9998.Conclusion This method is simple and reliable,and it has stable result and good repeatability,which can be used for the content determination of chromatography in Quban granule.
