激光联合蚁参蠲痹胶囊对类风湿关节炎模型大鼠炎症因子、RF和VEGF水平及氧化应激损伤的影响

Effects of Laser Combined with Yishen Juanbi Capsule on Inflammatory Factors,RF and VEGF Levels and Oxidative Stress Damage in Rats with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨激光联合蚁参蠲痹胶囊对RA模型大鼠炎症因子、RF、VEGF及氧化应激损伤的影响。方法将50只大鼠随机分为对照组10只和RA模型(热杀死结核分枝杆菌诱导法,分为模型组、激光组、蚁参蠲痹组以及联合组,各10只)。建模成功后,分别予以生理盐水、He-Ne激光,蚁参蠲痹胶囊,激光联合蚁参蠲痹胶囊治疗。5周后比较各组大鼠的足趾肿胀度、体质量增长率、药理学评分、血清炎症因子、RF以及VEGF水平。结果模型组足趾肿胀度和药理学评分、炎症因子、RF、VEGF及MDA活性均明显高于对照组,体质量增长率和SOD活性明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,激光组、蚁参蠲痹组以及联合组的上述指标明显得到改善,联合组的上述指标均明显优于激光组和蚁参蠲痹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且蚁参蠲痹组上述指标优于激光组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光联合蚁参蠲痹胶囊可有效治疗RA,减低大鼠炎症因子、RF及VEGF水平,改善氧化应激损伤。

Objective To investigate the effects of laser combined with Yishen Juanbi capsule on inflammatory factors,RF and VEGF levels and oxidative damage in rheumatoid arthritis model rats.Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into control group(n=10)and RA model group(n=40).After successful modeling,normal saline,He Ne laser,Yishen Juanbi capsule and laser+Yishen Juanbi capsule were used for treatment.After 5 weeks,the paw swelling,growth rate of body mass,pharmacology score,serum inflammatory factors,RF and VEGF levels were compared.Results The degree of toe swelling,pharmacological score,inflammatory factors,RF and VEGF levels and MDA activity of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the growth rate of body mass and SOD activity of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the above indexes of laser group,YiShen JuanBi group and combined group were significantly improved,the above indexes of combined group were significantly better than those of laser group and Yishen Juanbi group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between laser group and Yishen Juanbi group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with Yishen Juanbi capsule can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis,significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,RF and VEGF in rats,and improve oxidative stress damage.
