国内贸易隐含碳转移与损益偏离研究——基于经济内循环视角

Research on the Embodied Carbon Transfer and Profit and Loss Deviation of Domestic Trade:Based on the Perspective of Economic Internal Circulation

文章构建损益偏离指数探讨经济内循环视角下国内贸易中的环境不公平问题。结果表明:经济内循环中经济收益较大的地区集中在京津冀、长三角、山东、湖南、广东等东部沿海地区;相对受损地区集中在山西、内蒙古、河南、黑龙江、吉林及西部等资源密集地区;省际贸易引致隐含碳转移规模差异显著,隐含贸易增加值与隐含碳转移在空间上分离,有逆向转移的特征,印证了“损益偏离”现象;通过进一步的损益偏离分析发现中国省际贸易中普遍存在损益偏离现象,偏离程度以中度和轻微偏离为主;高度偏离关系发生在东部与中部省区之间、东部省区内部及东部与西部省区之间。

The article constructs a profit and loss deviation index to discuss the environmental inequity in domestic trade from the perspective of economic internal circulation.The results show that the provinces with greater economic gains in the internal economic cycle are concentrated in the eastern coastal provinces such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the Yangtze River Delta,Shandong,Hunan,and Guangdong;The relatively damaged areas are concentrated in Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Henan,Heilongjiang,Jilin and the west.Provinces and other resource-intensive provinces;Inter-provincial trade has caused significant differences in the scale of embodied carbon transfer.The value-added of implicit trade and embodied carbon transfer are spatially separated,and have the characteristics of reverse transfer,which confirms the phenomenon of"profit and loss deviation";The analysis of the deviation of profit and loss found that there is a common phenomenon of profit and loss deviation in China's inter-provincial trade.The degree of deviation is mainly moderate and slight.The high deviation relationship occurs between eastern and central provinces,within eastern provinces,and between eastern and western provinces.
