摘要 为明确中国国家自创区创新生态系统发展现状,以系统环境、创新群落、创新资源为一级指标建立国家自创区创新生态系统综合评价指标体系。文章将2011—2019年中国27个国家自创区相关数据作为样本,运用组合赋权TOPSIS模型及二次加权算法,对国家自创区创新生态系统进行综合评价,并分析地区差异。结果表明:自创区创新生态系统发展整体趋好,东部地区自创区创新生态系统发展趋势放缓,中西部地区普遍抬升;国家自创区创新生态系统表现出“东高西低”的地区间非均衡现象,但中西部地区国家自创区生态系统提升速度明显大于东部地区。 In order to clarify the development status of the innovation ecosystem in the national self-created area,this paper constr-ucts a comprehensive evaluation index system for the innovation ecosystem of the national self-created area with system environment,innovation community and innovation resources as the first-level indicators.Taking the relevant data of 27 national self-created areas in China from 2011 to 2019 as samples,using the combined weighting TOPSIS model and the second weighting algorithm,this paper com-prehensively evaluates and analyzes the national self-created area innovation ecosystem and regional differences.The results show that the overall development of the innovation ecosystem in the self-created area is getting better,the development trend of the innovation ecosystem in the self-created area in the eastern region is slowing down,and the central and western regions generally rise;The innovation ecosystem of the country's self-created region shows a non-equilibrium phenomenon of"high in the east and low in the west",but the ecological system of self-created regions in the central and western regions has improved significantly faster than in the eastern regions.
