摘要
利用超声波雾化系统和加湿系统探究不同材料、不同等级的筒式过滤器对水雾的敏感程度和耐水雾性能较好的过滤器对应滤料分别处于洁净或容尘状态时,长时间置于高湿环境下过滤特性的变化。结果表明,一定水雾环境下,纳米覆膜的木浆纤维过滤器耐水性能最佳,且过滤器等级越高,耐水雾性能越差,阻力骤升现象越明显;改变雾量,各类过滤器过滤性能变化趋势均存在“临界雾量”值。另一方面,高湿环境中洁净状态下的纳米覆膜木浆纤维阻力出现增长后趋于稳定。容尘后的滤料再接触高湿气流时,阻力出现骤降,并在不同时间点阶跃式下降。通过扫描电镜发现,粉尘层发生大面积重组,产生较大空隙,使得阻力降低。
The ultrasonic atomization system is adopted to explore the sensitivity of different materials and different grades of cartridge filters to fog drops.Then a humidification system is employed to test the filter characteristics of filter materials with better water endurance when placed in a high-humidity environment.The results show that the nanofibers-coated wood pulp fiber filter has the best water endurance under certain fog drops.The water endurance of filters with a higher filter efficiency level gets poorer noticeably.The critical fog amount value could be observed from the resistance trends of various filters when the amount of mist is changed.Moreover,the resistance of cleaning nanofiber-coated wood pulp fibers in high humidity environment tends to stabilize after increasing.There is a sharp drop associated with dust cake reorganized in the nanofiber-coated fiber materials contained the dust in a high humidity environment,especially some diff descent due to large gaps which can be observed in SEM.
