高效空气过滤器过滤效率不同检测方法的比较研究--扫描法与总效率法

Comparative Study on Different Detection Methods of Filtration Efficiency of High Efficiency Filter-Scanning Method and Total Efficiency Method

高效过滤器的过滤效率检测方法分为扫描法和总效率法。由于检测方法的不同,对高效空气过滤器的效率检测结果可能存在一定差异。通过实验获得了两种检测方案对高效空气过滤器的效率检测结果表明:对于无泄漏的过滤器用两种方法测试得到的过滤效率结果基本一致;当有过滤器有泄漏产生时,两种方法的检测结果产生较大差异,对测试结果偏差产生的原因进行了深入分析。

The filtration efficiency detection methods of high efficiency filter are divided into scanning method and total efficiency method.Due to the different detection methods,there may be some differences in the efficiency detection results of HEPA filters.In this paper,the test results of the filtration efficiency of HEPA filter by two test methods are obtained.For the filter without leakage,the filtration efficiency results by two test methods are basically the same.When the filter has leakage,the test results of the two methods are quite different.In this paper,the causes of test results deviation are analyzed in depth.
