中医五音疗法联合五禽戏之鸟戏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of the TCM Wuyin therapy plus bird-exercises of Five-animal exercises on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察中医五音疗法联合五禽戏之鸟戏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机对照法分成观察组和对照组,两组都进行常规护理,观察组常规护理和中医五音疗法联合五禽戏之鸟戏同时进行。对两组患者慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test,CAT)问卷、血氧饱和度、脉搏、呼吸频率、肺功能检查中的第一秒用力呼气量(Forced Expiratory Volume in First Second,FEV1)及FEV1/用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)进行分析。结果:观察组干预前与干预后CAT问卷、血氧饱和度、脉搏、呼吸频率、FEV1及FEV1/FVC对比有显著差异(P<0.05);干预后观察组与对照组CAT问卷、血氧饱和度、脉搏、呼吸频率、FEV1及FEV1/FVC指标对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医五音疗法联合五禽戏之鸟戏对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的血氧饱和度和肺功能等有明显改善,且方法简单,容易掌握,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe efficacy of the TCM Wuyin(五音)therapy plus bird-exercises of Five-animal exercises on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Both groups received routine nursing.The observation group received routine nursing and the TCM Wuyin therapy plus bird-exercises of Five-animal exercises at the same time.Results:The observation group had significant differences in CAT questionnaire,blood oxygen saturation,pulse,respiratory rate,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC before and after intervention(P<0.05),after the intervention,there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in CAT questionnaire,blood oxygen saturation,pulse,respiratory rate,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM Wuyin therapy plus bird-exercises of Five-animal exercises can significantly improve blood oxygen saturation and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The method is simple and easy to master,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
