润肺汤联合正规西医化疗对肺阴亏虚型肺结核患者的治疗效果观察

The effects of the Runfei decoction plus regular chemotherapy on the lung Yin deficiency type of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探究肺结核(肺阴亏虚型)治疗中西医联合润肺汤治疗的效果观察。方法:选择106例肺阴亏虚型肺结核患者,按照摸球法分为对照组、观察组各53例,对照组予常规西医化疗,观察组予西医化疗加润肺汤治疗,比较两组的治疗结局。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组盗汗、潮热、咽干及咯痰症状积分相比,差异未见显著性(P>0.05);治疗后观察组症状积分显著下降(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-6、IL-8水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组炎症因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组诱导/辅助性T细胞CD4^(+)、抑制性/细胞毒性T细胞CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平的差异不显著;治疗后与对照组相比,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)上升,CD8^(+)下降(P<0.05)。对照组的不良反应发生率显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺结核(肺阴亏虚型)治疗中,化疗、润肺汤联合能有效提升临床疗效,改善患者症状,降低炎性因子水平,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effects of chemotherapy plus the Runfei decoction(润肺汤)on the lung Yin(阴)deficiency type of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:106 cases were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the touch ball method,with 53 cases in each.The control group received conventional chemotherapy of Western medicine,and the observation group received chemotherapy plus the Runfei decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of night sweats,hot flashes,dry throat,and expectoration between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the scores of the above symptoms in the observation group were decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no difference in the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences in the levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+between the groups were not significant,after treatment,compared with the control group,the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels in the observation group were increased,and the CD8+level in the observation group was decreased(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating the lung Yin deficiency type of pulmonary tuberculosis by chemotherapy plus the Runfei decoction can effectively enhance clinical efficacy,ameliorate symptoms of patients,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.It is worthy of promotion.
