浅议从肝脾论治2型糖尿病

Discussion on the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the liver and spleen

消渴病传统的辨证论治体系,以三消辨证最为完备,多以阴虚燥热为纲,责之肺、胃、肾三脏。现代医家正逐渐冲破三消辨证思维,以脏腑病位结合气血阴阳辨证分型论治,文章通过探讨肝脾两脏与2型糖尿病发病的相关机制,为从肝脾论治2型糖尿病提供重要依据。采用疏肝健脾法治疗肝郁脾虚型2型糖尿病取得了良好疗效,提示在2型糖尿病辨证论治中应不忘其本,不拘成法。

In the traditional system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes,the three elimination syndrome differentiation is the most complete,which mainly focus on Yin(阴)deficiency and dry heat,with lung,stomach and kidney as the main organs.Modern doctors are gradually breaking through the thinking of“three elimination syndrome differentiation.According to the location of diseases and Zang-fu(脏腑)organs combined with the differentiation of Qi(气),blood,Yin and Yang(阳),there are different types of treatment.This paper provides an important basis for the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the liver and spleen by discussing the related mechanism between the two organs and the occurrence of type 2 diabetes.The method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency has achieved a good effect.It is suggested that we should not forget its origin or stick to conventional rules in the differentiation and treatment of type 2 diabetes.
