辛芷熏鼻散治疗肺经蕴热型慢性单纯性鼻炎的疗效观察

Clinical effects of Xinzhi Xunbi San on chronic simple rhinitis with heat accumulation in lung meridian

目的:评价辛芷熏鼻散治疗肺经蕴热型慢性单纯性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例肺经蕴热型慢性单纯性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用自拟辛芷熏鼻散熏鼻治疗,对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂喷鼻,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:辛芷熏鼻散治疗肺经蕴热型慢性单纯性鼻炎疗效显著,可供临床参考。

Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of Xinzhi Xunbi San(辛芷熏鼻散)on chronic simple rhinitis with heat accumulation in lung meridian.Methods:60 cases were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Xinzhi Xunbi San,and the control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Xinzhi Xunbi San is effective on chronic simple rhinitis with heat accumulation in lung meridian,which can be used for clinical reference.
