摘要
支原体肺炎是较为常见的儿童社区获得性肺炎,部分患儿发病症状不典型,如果治疗不及时可能会导致严重后果,文章将2015年以来有关儿童支原体肺炎流行病学研究、实验室检查以及治疗相关进展做一总结,为国内儿童支原体肺炎研究提供参考,以期对其临床防治提供更多的思路与方法,发挥中医药防治小儿支原体肺炎的优势。
Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a common pathogen of children that can cause community-acquired pneumonia.It was discovered that clinical symptoms of some cases did not typical,if improper treatment will lead to serious consequence.This article has reviewed the current progress of epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment after 2015 year in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.So as to provide more ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae.
