“超星学习通联合院校教育与师承教育”模式在中西医结合骨伤科学中的应用 被引量:3

The application of'Superstar Learning Pass combined with school education and master-apprentice education'model in orthopedics and traumatology of integrated Chinese and western medicine

摘要 目的运用超星学习通(=1,即网络教学)平台联合院校教育与师承教育(=2,即联合教学)模式,探索在互联网教育下的“1+2”新模式对中西医结合骨伤人才培养的影响。方法选取西南医科大学2015级中西医临床专业421名学生为对照班,2016级中西医临床专业318名学生为实验班,分别经过一学期的《中西医结合骨伤科学》课程学习,对照班采用传统多媒体教学模式,实验班则采用“1+2”新模式,对比观察两班学生在人文关怀、临床操作及病例分析、期末成绩等综合能力方面有无差异。结果实验班学生的平均成绩(78.29±8.17)分明显高于对照班学生的平均成绩(72.21±8.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),不及格率下降1.95%。临床操作及病例分析能力方面,均可见实验班学生明显优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);同时实验班学生的课堂互动积极性也有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论运用“1+2”新模式开展骨伤人才培养,能促进学生自主学习,全面提升学生团队合作及临床操作等综合能力,有效提高学生人文素养。 Objective To explore the impact of the Internet education-based new'1+2'model on the training of orthopedics and traumatology talents of integrated Chinese and western medicine by using the model of the Superstar Learning Pass(=1,i.e.,online teaching)platform combined with school education and master-apprentice education(=2,i.e.,combined teaching).Methods A total of 421 students from grade 2015 and 318 students from grade 2016 who majored in Chinese-western integrated clinical medicine in Southwest Medical University were selected as the control class and the experimental class,respectively.After one semester of the course'Orthopedics and Traumatology of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine',the control class adopted the traditional multimedia teaching model,while the experimental class adopted the new model of Superstar Learning Pass+school education and masterapprentice education'1+2'.Comparison was performed to observe whether there were any differences between the two classes of students in comprehensive abilities such as humanistic care,clinical operation and case analysis,and final grades.Results The mean grade of the students in the experimental class(78.29±8.17)was significantly higher than that in the control class(72.21±8.55),with statistically significant difference(P=0.001),and the failure rate decreased by 1.95%.The students in the experimental class were significantly superior to those in the control class in terms of clinical operation and case analysis abilities,with statistically significant differences(P=0.001).Meanwhile,the classroom interaction enthusiasm of the students in the experimental class was also significantly improved,with statistically significant difference(P=0.001).Conclusion In the training of orthopedics and traumatology talents,the application of the new model of'1+2'can promote leaner autonomy,comprehensively enhance students'comprehensive abilities such as teamwork and clinical operation,and effectively improve students'humanistic literacy.
