基于心身医学理论的中医穴位按摩联合五音疗法对自然分娩产妇产后康复及心理状态的影响研究

Study on the influence of acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five-tone therapy based on psychosomatic medicine theory on postpartum rehabilitation and psychological state of parturients after natural childbirth

目的观察基于心身医学理论的中医穴位按摩联合五音疗法对自然分娩产妇产后康复及心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的自然分娩产妇120例作为研究对象,根据随机对照法分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组采用西医常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中医穴位按摩联合五音疗法的中西医结合护理方案。比较两组产妇母乳喂养情况、子宫复旧情况、焦虑和抑郁情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组的母乳喂养成功率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。首次泌乳时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组58.33%产妇泌乳充足,多于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的子宫纳入骨盆时间、恶露持续时间、焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心身医学理论指导下的中医穴位按摩联合五音疗法能够有效提高母乳喂养率,促进泌乳,有助于子宫恢复,消除产妇的负面情绪,且产妇较为满意,可进一步在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the influence of acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five-tone therapy based on psychosomatic medicine theory on postpartum rehabilitation and psychological state of parturients after natural childbirth.Methods A total of 120 parturients after natural childbirth admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60),with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing of western medicine,and the observation group was given a nursing scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with acupoint massage and five-tone therapy.The breast feeding,uterine involution,anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of breast feeding in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of 70.00%in the control gro up,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The first lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the observation group,58.33%of parturients had sufficient lactation,which was more than 40.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Time of incorporation of uterus into pelvis,lochia duration,SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression in observation group were all lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of 78.33%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with five-tone therapy under the guidance of psychosomatic medicine theory can effectively improve breast feeding rate,promote lactation,help uterine recovery,and eliminate maternal negative emotions,with high level of satisfaction of pregnant women,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
