康复运动护理联合足部综合护理对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的干预效果

The intervention effect of rehabilitation exercise nursing combined with comprehensive foot nursing on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察康复运动护理联合足部综合护理对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的干预效果。方法选取江苏省中医院2019年10月至2020年6月收治的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,按照是否应用康复运动护理联合足部综合护理将患者分为对照组(30例,行常规护理)与试验组(30例,应用康复运动护理联合足部综合护理),比较两组患者护理干预后正中神经与腓总神经运动感觉神经传导速度以及总有效率。结果试验组患者干预3个月后正中神经与腓总神经运动感觉神经传导速度分别为(52.25±2.51)m/s、(54.55±2.35)m/s,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者干预3个月后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者康复运动护理联合足部综合护理干预可显著提升感觉神经传导速度以及治疗效果。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of rehabilitation exercise nursing combined with comprehensive foot nursing on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group(30 cases,receiving routine nursing)and the experimental group(30 cases,receiving rehabilitation exercise nursing combined with comprehensive foot nursing)according to the application of rehabilitation exercise nursing combined with comprehensive foot nursing.The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve and overall effective rate of patients after nursing intervention in the two groups were compared.Results The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities of median nerve and peroneal nerve were(52.25±2.51)m/s and(54.55±2.35)m/s respectively after 3 months of intervention in the experimental group,which were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 3 months of intervention,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise nursing combined with comprehensive foot nursing intervention in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the sensory nerve conduction velocity as well as the therapeutic effect.
