团体心理辅导对抑郁症患者自我效能及康复的干预效果

Intervention effect of group psychological counseling on self-efficacy and rehabilitation of patients with depression

目的探讨团体心理辅导对抑郁症患者自我效能及康复的干预效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月在福建省龙岩市第三医院进行治疗的抑郁症患者80例为研究对象,依据简单随机数字表法分组,其中有40例患者在研究中给予常规护理为对照组,有40例患者在研究中给予团体心理辅导为观察组,比较两组患者干预前、干预后的抑郁评分与自我效能评分以及临床疗效。结果两组患者干预前汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者干预前各评分与干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组HAMD评分明显低于对照组,GSES评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者实施团体心理辅导,能有效地减轻患者的抑郁症状,同时还能提高临床治疗效果与自我效能评分,值得应用。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of group psychological counseling on self-efficacy and rehabilitation of patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 study subjects treated in the Third Hospital of Longyan from December 2018 to December 2020.They were divided according to the simple random number table method.40 patients were treated with conventional care(the control group),and 40 patients were treated with group psychological counseling(the observation group).The depression score,self-efficacy score and the clinical treatment efficacy before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the HAMD score and GSES score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups before and after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HAMD score of the observation group was s ignificantly lower than that of the control group,and the GSES score was significantly higher than that of the control group,both with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of treatment was 85.00%in the observation group and 65.00%in the contr ol group,and the former was significantly higher than the latter,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of group psychological counseling for patients with depression can effectively relieve the depressive symptoms of patients,and also improve the clinical treatment effect and self-efficacy score.It is worthy of appli cation.
