化疗药物紫杉醇中药性能初探

A preliminary study on the Chinese materia medica properties of chemotherapy medicine paclitaxel

目的:初探化疗药物紫杉醇的中药性能。方法:根据紫杉醇的药物特点和功效,分别从四气、五味、升降浮沉、归经等方面进行归纳总结,推测其中药性能。结果:紫杉醇四气为寒凉,五味属苦、咸,升降浮沉中归为沉降,主要归经为肺、胃、肝三经。结论:作为抗肿瘤药物,紫杉醇同样存在一定的不良反应,对该药中药性能探讨有助于指导临床更加准确合理地选择用药,并对患者的不良反应进行提前干预。

Objective: To preliminarily explore the Chinese materia medica properties of chemotherapy medicine paclitaxel.Methods: According to the characteristics and efficacy of paclitaxel, 4 medicinal properties, 5 medicinal flavors, ascending-descendingfloating-sinking, and influx channels were summarized, and the Chinese materia medica properties of paclitaxel were inferred. Results:The medicinal properties of paclitaxel are cold and cool, medicinal flavors are bitter and salty, movement direction is settlement, and the medicines mainly flowed into the lung, stomach and liver channels. Conclusion: As an anti-tumor medicine, paclitaxel also has certain adverse reactions. The study on the Chinese materia medica properties of paclitaxel will help to choose medicines more accurately and reasonably, and intervene adverse reactions in advance.
