摘要
老年抑郁症是指发生在60岁以上老年人的抑郁障碍,是老年人群中一种常见精神障碍,严重影响老年人的生活质量。老年抑郁症人群常因伴有器质性病变而导致该症被忽视或延误治疗,因此,积极开展更有效的诊断方法的研究对于该病证的早发现和早治疗具有重要意义。本文试对该病的诊断情况做一概述。
Senile depression refers to the depressive disorder that occurs in the elderly over 60 years old,which is a common mental disorder in the senile population and seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly.Senile people with depression are often neglected or delayed because of organic lesions.Therefore,it is important for early detection and treatment of the disease to actively study more effective diagnostic methods.The diagnosis of the disease is summarized in this paper.
