青石斑鱼(♀)×蓝身大斑石斑鱼(♂)杂交子代与亲本的性状差异

摘要 【目的】研究青石斑鱼(♀)×蓝身大斑石斑鱼(♂)杂交子代与亲代的性状差异。【方法】测量3种石斑鱼群体的20个可量性状,得到19个性状比例参数,并用SPSS软件进行聚类分析、主成分分析、判别分析。【结果】聚类分析结果显示,杂交子代与母本亲缘关系更近,欧氏距离为0.071。主成分分析得到6个主成分,贡献率分别为36.9%、15.7%、12.2%、7.4%、6.5%、5.5%,总贡献率达84.1%;前3个主成分的三维散点图显示,杂交子代表型性状与母本青石斑鱼重叠更多;由8个贡献率大的比例参数拟合出3个石斑鱼群体的典型判别函数和分类判别函数,综合判别率为97.59%。【结论】青石斑鱼(♀)×蓝身大斑石斑鱼(♂)杂交子代与母本青石斑鱼亲缘关系更近。眼径/体长、头长/体长、尾柄长/体长、尾柄高/体长、背鳍前端基部至胸鳍基部长/体长、胸鳍基部至尾鳍基部长/体长、腹鳍基部至尾鳍基部长/体长、背鳍前端基部至尾鳍基部长/体长等8个比例性状可达到判别3个石斑鱼类群的目的。 【Objective】To study the trait differences between the hybrid progeny and the parent of Epinephelus awoara(♀)×Epinephelus tukula(♂).【Method】20 measurable traits in three populations were measured,and 19 trait ratio parameters were obtained.Cluster analysis,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis were performed with the software SPSS.【Result】Cluster analysis showed that the hybrid F1 were more closely related to the maternal parent,and the Euclidean distance was 0.071.Principal component analysis obtained 6 principal components,the contribution rates were 36.9%,15.7%,12.2%,7.4%,6.5%,5.5%,and the total contribution rate reached 84.1%;take the first three principal components to draw a three-dimensional scatter plot,the results show that the representative traits of hybrids overlap more with female grouper.8 trait ratio parameters with high contribution rates are screened out through stepwise discriminant analysis,and then obtain the typical discriminant function and classification discrimination for the three groups of grouper.The comprehensive discrimination rate was 97.59%.【Conclusion】The 8 phenotypic traits including body length,eye diameter,head length,caudal peduncle length,caudal peduncle height,dorsal fin front base to pectoral fin base length,pectoral fin base to caudal fin base length,pelvic fin base to caudal fin base length,dorsal fin base to caudal fin base length,and dorsal fin base to caudal fin base length,and substituting them into discrimination formula can distinguish the E.awoara,the E.tukula and the hybrid offspring.The hybrid offspring of E.awoara(♀)×E.tukula(♂)is more resemblance to the female parent grouper.
