氢吗啡酮治疗难治性癌痛1例并文献复习

摘要 1.一般资料病例:女性,58岁,于2017-12-22在某医院行"直肠癌根治术(Dixon)",术后病理提示溃疡型腺癌,分化Ⅱ-Ⅲ级,癌组织浸润肠壁浆膜下层,脉管内见癌栓,两切缘未见癌累及。检出肠旁淋巴结18枚,其中1枚见癌转移(1/18),另见癌结节1枚。术后给予FOLFOX方案化疗6次,后未继续放化疗。2018-09查PET-CT:吻合口复发,提示病情进展。2018-09-12起予FOLFIRI方案化疗联合贝伐单抗靶向治疗1周期。2018-10-03起针对吻合口及骶前肿块放疗,期间联合口服卡培他滨化疗。
