摘要
光纤通信产品的激光安全等级认证是国际市场准入的强制要求,但其执行标准为通用激光产品安全标准,操作性不强。针对光纤通信产品的激光安全分级评估,文章根据其激光特性及应用场景,结合国际激光安全通用标准的要求,在测量几何学、激光安全分级、自动降低光功率技术、激光安全分级的评估方法和安全设计要求等方面进行了综合探讨,并提出了两种用于测量光纤通信系统中自动降低光功率激活时间及最大时间间隔内辐射量的方法。该研究可为光纤通信产品的激光安全设计、分级、测试和激光安全等级认证等提供参考。
For laser products, safety certification is a mandatory requirement for international market access. For the standard application of certification, it is suitable for common laser product, but has less operability for optical fibre communication products. In order to make the evaluation of laser safety classification clear, this research is accomplished based on the general requirements of international laser safety standards and the application of optical fibre communication products and its characteristics. This research brings up a comprehensive discussion on measurement geometry, laser safety classification, automatic power reduction technology and safety design requirements. This research proposes a process and method for laser safety classification judgement. It also provides two verified test methods of automatic power reduction action time and the irradiance or radiant exposure during the maximum time interval. This research can provide a useful reference for laser safety design, classification, test and laser safety level certification of optical fibre communication products.
