大学生生存理由在生活事件和抑郁水平间的中介效应

Mediating effects of reasons for life on life events and depression levels among college students

目的:探讨大学生生存理由在生活事件与抑郁水平的中介效应,为大学生抑郁的干预提供依据。方法:多阶段随机抽取广州市高校大学生1563名,采用生存理由量表、青少年生活事件量表和抑郁自评量表进行调查,分析生存理由在生活事件与抑郁水平间的中介效应。结果:生活事件、抑郁水平、生存理由的总分分别为(67.10±25.18)、(40.04±8.57)、(151.42±23.28)分;生活事件总分与抑郁水平总分呈正相关(r=0.371,P<0.01),与生存理由总分呈负相关(r=-0.167,P<0.01);生存理由总分与抑郁水平得分呈负相关(r=-0.412,P<0.01);生活事件、生存理由与抑郁水平构建的结构方程模型拟合度较好(χ^(2)/df=10.460,RMSEA=0.078,CFI=0.945,IFI=0.945,NFI=0.939)。生存理由在生活事件与抑郁水平间的中介效应占总效应的23.33%。结论:广州高校大学生生存理由在生活事件与抑郁水平中存在部分中介作用,提高大学生生存理由可能有助于降低负性生活事件带来的抑郁水平。

Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of college students5 reasons for life in life events and depression levels,and to provide a basis for interventions for college students9 depression.Methods:A multistage random sample of 1563 college students from a university in Guangzhou was investigated using the Reasons for Living Inventory for Adolescents,the Adolescent Self-Ratings Life Events Checklist and the Self-Rating Depression Scale to analyze the mediating effect of reasons for survival between life events and depression levels.Results:The total scores of life events,depression level,and reasons for life were(67.10±25.18),(40.04±8.57),and(151.42±23.28),respectively;the total score of life events was positively correlated with the total score of depression level(r=0.371,P<0.01)and negatively correlated with the total score of reasons for life(r=-0.167,P<0.01);the total score of reasons for life was negatively correlated with the score of depression level(r=-0.412,P<0.01);the structural equation model constructed by life events,reasons for life and depression level fitted well(χ^(2)/df=10.460,RMSEA=0.078,CFI=0.945,IFI=0.945,NFI=0.939).The mediating effect of reasons for life between life events and depression levels accounted for 23.33%of the total effect.Conclusion:The reasons for life of college students in Guangzhou have a partial mediating effect in life events and depression levels.Improving the reasons for life of college students may help reduce the depression levels caused by negative life events.
