荆州地区结核病专科医院2017-2019年抗结核药物应用分析

Analysis of the application of anti-tuberculosis drugs in Tuberculosis Specialist Hospital in Jingzhou from 2017 to 2019

目的调查分析荆州地区抗结核药物的使用情况,为合理应用抗结核药提供参考依据。方法运用回顾性分析方法,分析2017—2019年荆州市胸科医院抗结核药使用情况,对销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和药品销售金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)等进行统计分析。结果2017—2019年我院抗结核药的销售金额分别为575、731、823万元,呈逐年缓慢增长趋势。三年来,用药频度排序居前四位的抗结核药依次为异烟肼、乙胺丁醇、利福平、吡嗪酰胺,均为一线抗结核药。各年度一线抗结核药的DDC均明显低于二线抗结核药,限定日费用排序居前3位抗结核药依次为利奈唑胺、氯法齐明、环丝氨酸。结论一线抗结核药物在抗结核治疗中仍占主要地位,临床应用基本合理,但新型抗结核药环丝氨酸、莫西沙星、氯法齐明的销售金额及DDDs呈持续增长趋势,需重点关注,加强管理。

Objective To investigate and analyze the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs in Jingzhou,and to provide reference for the rational use of anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods The use of anti-tuberculosis drugs in Jingzhou Chest Hospital from 2017 to 2019 was analyzed retrospectively,and the sales amount,defined daily doses(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and drug sales amount ranking(B)/DDDs ranking(A)were statistically analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2019,the sales amount of anti-tuberculosis drugs in our hospital was 575,731 and 823 million yuan,respectively,showing a slow growth trend year by year.Over the past three years,the anti-tuberculosis drugs ranked in the top four by DDDs were isoniazid,ethambutol,rifampicin and pyrazinamide,all of which were first-line antituberculosis drugs.The DDC of the first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs in each year was significantly lower than that of the second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the top three anti-tuberculosis drugs in DDC were linezolid,clofazimine and cycloserine.Conclusion First-line anti-tuberculosis drugs still occupy a dominant position in anti-tuberculosis treatment,and their clinical application is basically reasonable.However,the sales amount and DDDs of new antituberculosis drugs like cycloserine,moxifloxacin and clofazimine are increasing continuously,which should be paid more attention to,and it's imperative to strengthen the management.
