摘要
目的探讨陪伴式护理在儿童早期矫治中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月中山大学附属口腔医院收治的112例口腔正畸患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=56)和研究组(n=56),对照组进行常规护理干预,研究组进行陪伴式护理干预。比较两组合作程度及牙周健康程度。结果研究组按时复诊占比98.21%、家长配合占比98.21%,分别高于对照组的73.21%、75.00%,研究组损伤矫治器占比5.36%,低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,研究组菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)及牙龈指数(GI)评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组PLI、SBI及GI评分均低于干预前,且研究组PLI、SBI及GI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理干预相比较,早期矫治患儿应用陪伴式护理干预能够提高患儿治疗配合度,提高其牙周健康程度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of companion nursing in early correction in children.Methods A total of 112 orthodontic children admitted to Hospital of Stomatology,Sun Yat-sen University from September 2019 to September 2020 were s elected and randomly divided into the control group(n=56)and the study group(n=56).The control group received conventional nursing intervention,while the study group received companion nursing intervention.Compare the degree of cooperation and periodontal health between the two groups.Results The proportion of regular follow-up visits in the study group was 98.21%,and the proportion of parents'cooperation was 98.21%,which was higher than 73.21%and 75.00%in the control group res pectively.The proportion of damaged appliances in the study group was 5.36%,which was lower than 21.43%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Befor intervention,the scores of plaque index(PLI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and gingival index(GI)in the study group were not statistically different from those of the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the PLI and SBI of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the scores of PLI,SBI,and GI of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing intervention,the companion nursing intervention in early correction in children can improve the degree of cooperation and improve their periodontal health,whi ch is worth of clinical promotion.
