全程无缝隙护理在预防骨科手术切口感染中的应用效果

Application effect of whole-course seamless nursing in preventing orthopedic surgery-associated incision infection

目的探讨全程无缝隙护理对预防骨科手术切口感染的临床疗效及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月甘肃省中医院骨科收治的手术治疗患者200例,随机分为观察组(n=100)与对照组(n=100)。对照组患者接受骨科常规护理,观察组患者接受全程无缝隙护理模式干预。比较两组患者的切口感染发生率、炎性因子变化水平以及护理满意度。结果术后1周两组患者切口感染发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后1个月随访时观察组患者切口感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组患者的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程无缝隙护理可以有效提高骨科病房手术患者的基础护理质量,通过对患者进行全面专业护理达到有效预防术后切口感染的目的,帮助患者改善炎性因子水平,促进患者预后,并提升护理满意度,具有一定卫生和社会价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of whole-course seamless nursing on the prevention of orthopedic surgery-associated incision infection and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing surgery admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=100)and the control group(n=100).Patients in the control group received conventional orthopedic nursing,while patients in the observation group received the whole-course seamless nursing intervention.The incidence of incision infection,changes in the levels of inflammatory factors,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing were compared in the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of incision infection one week after surgery(P>0.05),but the incidence of incision infection in patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during follow-up after one month of surgery,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients with nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course seamless nursing can effectively enhance the quality of basic nursing for patients undergoing surgery in orthopedic wards.It can achieve the purpose of effectively preventing postoperative incision infection by providing patients with comprehensive professional nursing,and can improve the level of inflammatory factors and prom ote prognosis of patients,as well as increase nursing satisfaction,which has certain health and social value and is worthy of promotion and applicat ion.
