摘要 本文以奶牛场粪污“循环利用、种养结合”的理念为主进行设计,选择了“固液分离-固体堆肥和液体存储熟化-粪污还田”一体化的生态循环利用模式,同时应用了液体粪污清洁回用工艺,待奶牛场投入生产后,建立养分管理制度,对有机肥施用量进行动态调整,减少还田不当造成的影响。该方式具有对周边环境影响小、无污染、投资及运行费用低、运行管理简单的优点。 Large-scale dairy farms produce large and concentrated manure,which can easily cause serious environmental pollution problems.According to statistics,about 50%of the feces of dairy cows in China are concentrated around 15300 large and medium-sized dairy farms,which leads to high fecal load of surrounding land area and aggravates the pollution of soil ecosystem and water body.This paper is designed based on the concept of"recycling,combined planting and raising"of manure from dairy farms.The integrated ecological recycling model of"solid-liquid separation-solid composting and liquid storage and maturation-manure returning to the field"is selected,and simultaneously applied After the dairy farm is put into production,a nutrient management system will be established to dynamically adjust the amount of organic fertilizer applied to reduce the impact of improper return to the field.This method has the advantages of small impact on the surrounding environment,no pollution,low investment and operating costs,and simple operation and management.
