Shanghai strengthen high-end industry leading function,from the direction of industrial development,enhance the volume of high-end services,strengthen the mid-range intelligent manufacturing,and build a new industrial system;from the industrial development driver,drive development with innovation,inject new impetus with an open economy,and coordinate development with cross-regional industry;from the industrial development focus,enhance the ability of local headquarters-based enterprises and platform-based enterprises,use the platform economy as a carrier to improve the efficiency of market allocation of resources,and use the construction of a free trade pilot zone to promote system innovation and cultivate a good market environment.
