ESG的健康发展离不开基金公司、评级公司、交易所、投资者、行业协会、第三方服务机构等各类主体的共同参与。上海要积极推广ESG投资理念,加强ESG投资者意识教育,营造市场发展环境,加快集聚、吸引和培育与ESG投资相关的各类市场主体,形成功能完备、分工明确、协同配合、规范有序的生态体系。
The healthy development of ESG cannot be achieved without the joint participation of various entities such as fund companies,rating companies,exchanges,investors,industry associations and third-party service providers.Shanghai should actively promote ESG investment concepts,strengthen ESG investor awareness education,create a market development environment,accelerate the gathering,attraction and cultivation of various market players related to ESG investment,and form a well-functioning,clearly-defined,coordinated,standardized and orderly ecological system.
