摘要
上海具有发展旅游业独特的区位、交通、文化、资源禀赋和消费市场优势,对照社会主义现代化国际大都市发展要求和新发展阶段人民对美好生活新需求,上海世界著名旅游城市建设任重道远。按照“产品—营销—服务—环境—功能—管理”的顺序,上海应分重点分步骤有序推进,通过打造核心吸引物,找寻精准营销渠道,提升城市旅游公共服务品质,依靠城市大母体环境,加强交通连通性和舒适度,强调企业主体行为,加强政府协同合作能力建设,最终实现上海世界著名旅游城市的整体升级。
Shanghai has the unique advantages of location,transportation,culture,resource endowment and consumer market in developing tourism,but against the development requirements of the socialist modern international metropolis and the new demand of people for a better life in the new development stage,Shanghai has a long way to go in building a world famous tourism city.In accordance with the order of“product-marketing-service-environment-function-management”,Shanghai should advance in an orderly manner by focusing and taking steps by creating the core attraction(storytelling),finding accurate marketing channels,improving the quality of public services of urban tourism,relying on the city’s general environment,strengthening transportation connectivity and comfort,emphasizing the main behavior of enterprises,and strengthening the capacity building of governmental coordination and cooperation,Shanghai will finally realize the overall upgrading of the world famous tourism city.
