双锥面包络环面蜗杆铣磨一体化加工方法研究

摘要 为避免环面蜗杆加工过程中的重复定位,提高加工效率和精度,本文研究了双锥面包络环面蜗杆铣磨一体化加工方法,并提出一种双锥面包络环面蜗杆铣磨一体机床设计方案,将成形铣刀和双锥砂轮集成在一个刀座上,实现环面蜗杆的铣削粗加工和磨削精加工;提出了环面蜗杆铣削粗加工方法,分析了铣削加工余量的变化规律以实现加工余量的有效控制;对于给定喉部齿厚的环面蜗杆,采用Vericut软件模拟仿真环面蜗杆的铣削和磨削过程。算例分析结果表明,采用环面蜗杆铣磨一体化加工方法获得的环面蜗杆,其喉部齿厚符合设计要求,可实现环面蜗杆的快速和高精度加工。 In order to avoid repeated positioning during the processing of the toroidal worm and improve the processing efficiency and accuracy,this paper studies the integrated milling and grinding method of dual-cone enveloping toroidal worm.An integrated milling and grinding machine for the dual-cone enveloping toroidal worm is proposed.A forming milling cutter and a double-cone grinding wheel are integrated on a tool holder to realize the rough milling and the finishing grinding of the toroidal worm.The rough milling method of the toroidal worm is proposed,and the change rule of the milling allowance is analyzed to realize the effective control of the machining allowance.For the toroidal worm with a given throat tooth thickness,Vericut software is used to simulate the milling and grinding of the toroidal worm.Analysis results of the calculation example show that the throat tooth thickness of the toroidal worm obtained by the integrated milling and grinding method meets the design requirement.The research can realize the rapid and high-precision machining of the toroidal worm.
