兆瓦级直驱风力发电机组塔筒涡激振动分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对锥形钢筒塔架涡激振动进行分析研究,应用结构动力学方法分析塔筒的固有特性,得出不同安装状态下塔筒的固有频率和振型。通过解析算法分析塔筒的涡激振动,得到塔筒共振时临界风速、横向最大振幅、横向力和倾覆力矩。基于Palmgren-Miner线性累积疲劳损伤原理对塔筒焊缝疲劳强度进行校核。分析兆瓦级直驱风力发电机组塔筒涡激振动,为机组的塔筒设计、吊装和维护提供理论依据。 In this paper,vortex induced vibration of tapered steel tube tower is studied based on structural dynamics method.The natural frequencies and mode shapes of the tower under different installation conditions are calculated.Also,the critical wind speed,maximum amplitude of vibration,the lateral force and the overturning moment are obtained with analytical calculation.Furthermore,the fatigue strength of the welding seam of the tower is verified based on Palmgren-Miner linear fatigue damage cumulation law.The procedure used in this research on vortex induced vibration of the tower of MW direct drive wind turbines,provides theoretical basis for the design,hoisting and maintenance of wind turbines.
