摘要 为解决我省农牧废弃物就地轻简化堆肥利用的问题,研发了适用于现场崎岖不平场地的ZF802液压自平衡翻抛机。根据实际作业要求确定了主要性能参数,完成了初步结构设计。基于翻抛机的性能参数要求,结合力学与物料特性,设计了滚筒式翻抛装置,确定了破碎刀的结构与排列方式。SolidWorks平台上进行详细结构设计后,利用Simulation对翻抛装置进行了有限元分析,计算出了应力云图、位移云图、应变云图,结果表明翻抛装置能够满足设计要求。 In order to solve the problem of light and simplified composting of agricultural and animal husbandry wastes in our province,ZF802 hydraulic self-balancing tipping machine is developed for the rugged site.According to the actual operation requirements,the main performance parameters are determined,and the preliminary structural design is completed.Based on the performance parameter requirements of the turner combined with the mechanical and composting material characteristics,the working device is designed,and the structure and layout of breaking tools are determined.After detailed structural design on SolidWorks platform,the finite element analysis of working device is carried out by using simulation,and the stress nephogram,strain nephogram and displacement nephogram of the manipulator are calculated.The results show that the working device can meet the design requirements.
