一体式侧面柱碰撞减速台车研究

摘要 为了减少约束系统开发过程中实车侧面柱碰撞试验次数,通过将吸能机构、柱壁障简化集成于台车上,设计了一体式侧面柱碰撞减速台车(Side Impact Pole Deceleration Sled,SIPS)。该SIPS通过钢管溃缩复现实车减速过程,通过柱形头与蜂窝铝组合、三段式门板及拉杆组合复现门内板侵入过程,通过座椅安装基座移动加转动结构与蜂窝铝组合模拟座椅变形过程。验证试验中,利用CORA软件对试验结果进行评价,评分达到0.84。证明基于钢管作为波形复现材料、蜂窝铝作为调节材料的一体式SIPS,结构简单、使用成本低,可调节精度高,可以代替实车进行侧面约束系统开发。 To reduce test number of the vehicle side impact pole when developing the side restrain systems,a set of one-piece side impact pole deceleration sled(SIPS)is designed through integrating the energy absorption device and the pole barrier simplified in the sled.The SIPS reproduces the vehicle decelerating process by the steel tube crumpled and reproduces the door interior trim part intruding process by the pole barrier and honeycomb aluminum combination,the three-piece door panel and pull rods combination,simulates the seat deforming process by the seat installation base structure with moving and turning and honeycomb aluminum combination.The score of 0.84 was got in the validation test by using CORA software to evaluate the test results.It’s proved that the SIPS with the steel tube as a waveform reproduction material and the aluminum honeycomb as adjusting material,the structure is simple,use cost is low,adjustable precision is high,and it can replace vehicle side impact test during developing the side restrain systems.
