风冷翅片用于锂电池组散热性能的数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 以三元锂电池21700为研究对象,对锂电池的热特性模型进行简化验证,确定了简化模型的可靠性。选取四串三并的锂电池模块,建立强制风冷散热模型以及风冷铝翅片强化散热模型,进行数值模拟,并对散热结果分析。结果表明,风冷翅片在环境温度为35℃,放电倍率为2C的恶劣工况下,通过调节风速和翅片数可以满足电池散热目标:温度范围是25~45℃,温差在5℃以下。 Taking the ternary lithium battery 21700 as the research object,the thermal characteristic model of lithium battery is simplified and verified,and the reliability of the simplified model is confirmed.Four series and three parallel lithium battery modules are selected to establish forced air cooling heat dissipation model and air-cooled aluminum fin enhanced heat dissipation model,conduct numerical simulation,and analyze the heat dissipation results.The results show that under the harsh working conditions of 35℃and 2C discharge rate,the cooling target of the battery can be met by adjusting the wind speed and the number of fins:the temperature range is 25~45℃,and the temperature difference is below 5℃.
