不同翅片角度下的多元平行流式冷凝器温度场分析

摘要 汽车空调散热效果取决于散热器的工作质量,冷凝器作为散热器的主体部分,其温度场分布直接决定了空调散热性能的好坏。以由集流管、扁管、翅片组成多元平行流式冷凝器为研究对象,以R134a制冷剂为制冷媒介,基于ANSYS仿真软件,研究了翅片角度分别为0°,30°,45°,60°的情况下,R134a制冷剂流过扁管时的温度场分布特性,探究了不同翅片角度下温度变化特性,确定出较佳的翅片安装角度区间。研究可为多元平行流式冷凝器的翅片角度选择提供参考。 The heat dissipation effect of automobile air conditioners depends on the working quality of the radiator.As the main part of the radiator,the temperature field distribution of the condenser directly determines the heat dissipation performance of the air conditioner.The thesis takes the multi-element parallel flow condenser composed of header tube,flat tube and fins as the research object,and uses R134a refrigerant as the refrigeration medium.Based on ANSYS simulation software,the temperature field distribution characteristics of R134a refrigerant flowing through the flat tube are studied when the fin angles are respectively 0°,30°,45°,60°,the temperature change characteristics under different fin angles are explored,and the better fin installation angle range is determined.The research can provide a reference for the selection of the fin angle of the multi-element parallel flow condenser.
