摘要
目的探讨磁共振体层脑血管成像(MRTA)影像特征在面肌痉挛(HFS)微血管减压(MVD)术后听力障碍(HL)评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析130例行微血管减压手术的原发性面肌痉挛(HFS)患者的临床资料;统计并分析MRTA责任血管类型、面神经/责任血管接触点(NVC)深度和蜗神经脑池段长度与患者术后听力障碍的影响关系。结果术后听力障碍发生率9.2%。NVC深度和蜗神经脑池段长度的MRTA测量值对微血管减压术后听力障碍产生显著的影响。结论NVC深度和蜗神经脑池段长度的MRTA测量值对面肌痉挛MVD术后听力障碍的评估有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the role of magnetic resonance tomographic angiography(MRTA)in evaluating hearing loss(HL)following microvascular decompression(MVD)for hemifacial spasm(HFS).Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with HFS who underwent MVD were analyzed retrospectively.The effects of MRTA responsible vessel type,neurovascular conflict(NVC)depth and cochlear nerve cistern length on postoperative hearing impairment were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of postoperative hearing impairment was 9.2%.MRTA measurements of NVC depth and cochlear nerve cistern length had a significant effect on hearing impairment after MVD.Conclusions MRTA measurements of NVC depth and length of cochlear nerve cistern have important clinical value in the evaluation of hearing impairment after MVD for facial spasm.
