北大荒精神融入黑龙江地方高校校园文化建设的价值与方式

The Value and Way of Integrating Beidahuang Spirit into Campus Culture Construction in Heilongjiang Local Universities

黑龙江省“十四五”规划提出要构建具有龙江精神内涵的文化强省。北大荒精神是黑龙江省独有的龙江精神旗帜之一,把北大荒精神融入龙江地方高校校园文化建设,将其作为贯彻新发展理念,建设文化强省的重要载体,引导广大学生弘扬传统,奋发作为,为龙江发展倾心助力。政府作为主导部门,应顶层设计、统筹规划、上下联动,积极推动多元化北大荒精神文化活动进校园,各学校可拓展多元化教育路径,用北大荒精神激发学生的爱国情怀和创业决心,从而带动龙江全面振兴发展。

The 14th Five-year Plan of Heilongjiang province proposes to build a strong province with Longjiang spirit,in which Beidahuang Spirit is one unique banner of Longjiang Spirit in Heilongjiang Province.We should integrate Beidahuang spirit into the campus culture construction of local universities in Longjiang,regard it as an important carrier of implementing the new development concept and building a culturally strong province,guide students to carry forward the tradition and make great efforts to contribute to the development of Longjiang.As the leading department,the government should actively promote the diversified Beidahuang spiritual and cultural activities into the campus through toplevel design,overall planning and interaction between the upper and lower levels.Higher education can expand the diversifi ed educational paths and stimulate students’patriotic feelings and entrepreneurial determination with the Spirit of Beidahuang,so as to promote the comprehensive revitalization and development of Longjiang.
