摘要
从旅游管理专业课堂教学质量的视角入手,结合高校旅游管理专业课堂教学质量的教学特点,设计课堂教学质量的评价指标体系。借鉴顾客满意度指标体系,借鉴其理念和方法构建学生满意度指标体系,从学生满意度、学习预期、学习成果、学习价值、学习经验积累以及课堂黏性六个层面分析旅游管理专业课堂教学质量。初步构建旅游管理专业课堂教学质量评价体系,并提供评分标准和方法,以期为广大高校旅游教学质量评价提供参考,进一步科学设计课堂多媒体教学模式,从而推进高校旅游教学质量的改善与提高。
This article focuses on classroom teaching quality for the specialty of tourism management,and constructs the evaluation index system by considering the characteristics of classroom teaching.The satisfaction index system for students is constructed by referring to the concepts and methods of satisfaction index system for customers;thus,classroom teaching quality for the specialty of tourism management can be assessed from six levels:student satisfaction,learning expectations,learning achievements,learning value,learning experience accumulation,and classroom stickiness.This paper attempts to establish a preliminary system for evaluating classroom teaching quality for the specialty of tourism management,and provide grading standards and methods.The study aims to provideg a reference for evaluating teaching quality,to scientifically design the teaching mode via classroom multimedia,and to improve teaching quality for tourism majors.
