“Hand in Hand”:An Empirical Examination of Assisting the Construction of Converged Media in Shiqian County,Guizhou Province by Xinhua News Agency

以新华社定点帮扶援建的贵州省石阡县融媒体中心建设为个案,探索权威主流媒体定点帮扶县级融媒体中心建设的模式与经验。研究认为,县级融媒体中心建设需在自身定位、区域特色、人才培养、政策运用等方面着力,才能发挥县级融媒体在推进国家治理能力现代化中应有的作用。

Based on the case study on the construction of the county-level converged media center in Shiqian County,Guizhou Province,which is paired assisted by Xinhua News Agency,this study explores the mode and experience of constructing county-level converged media center with assistance from the authoritative mainstream media.The research suggests that the construction of county-level converged media center needs to focus on its self-positioning,regional characteristics,talent cultivation and policy application in order to play its due role in due promoting the modernization of national governance capabilities.
