摘要
工程材料的防撞抗冲击、抗爆吸能的试验中,随着加载速率的增加,爆炸荷载的加载速率、均匀程度、接触方式以及测试系统灵敏程度都会对实验结果产生很大影响。为研究工程材料在极端爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应,设计一套构造简单、实验便捷、数据精准的试验装置成为了一个亟待解决的问题。经研发的平面爆炸波加载装置采用串联雷管同步引爆网状导爆索,网状格栅滤波,导波光管多次反射最终形成一维平面冲击波。通过coinv数据采集仪、1861A应变调理仪、桥式应变片及DASP软件平台组成测试系统,测得不同炸药当量加载下的压力时程曲线,并采用LS-DYNA对平面爆炸波加载装置进行仿真分析。结果表明:装置的优点在可以大幅度提高试验加载速率,并形成一维平面波对试件均匀加载;获得的实验数据与仿真分析数据吻合良好、真实可靠。
As the loading rate increases,the loading rate of explosion load,the degree of uniformity,the contact mode and the sensitivity of the test system will have a great influence on the experimental results of the anti-collision,anti-impact and anti-detonation energy absorption tests of engineering materials.In order to study the dynamic response of engineering materials under extreme explosion load,it has become an urgent problem to design a set of test equipment with simple structure,convenient experiment and accurate data.The plane explosive wave loading device developed by the series detonator synchronous detonating mesh detonating cord,mesh grid filtering,waveguide light tube multiple reflection finally formed a one-dimensional plane shock wave.The test system was composed of COINV data acquisition instrument,1861A strain conditioning instrument,bridge strain gage and DASP software platform to measure the pressure time history curves under different explosive equivalent loading,and LS-DYNA was used to simulate and analyze the plane explosive wave loading device.The results show that the device can greatly increase the loading rate and form one-dimensional plane wave to load the specimen uniformly.The experimental data obtained are in good agreement with the simulation data,which is true and reliable.
