摘要
以太钢代县矿业有限公司露天中深孔及巷道掘进爆破工程为例,露天中深孔爆破参数:孔径250 mm、孔网参数6 m×7 m、台阶高度12 m、孔深13.5 m;巷道掘进爆破参数:直眼掏槽方式,孔网参数:孔深3 m、掏槽眼孔距400 mm、周边眼孔距750 mm、底眼孔距700 mm、辅助眼孔距600~700 mm。在爆破参数、起爆方式、爆破网路连接不变的前提下,采用数码电子雷管进行爆破网路连接,通过对比数码电子雷管与非电塑料导爆管雷管在爆破工程中的实际应用效果,由于数码电子雷管微差时间的控制精度高,能够有效地控制爆破有害效应,露天中深孔爆破中,在降低大块率、减少侧翻后翻、降低爆破振动与降低炸药单耗等方面取得了显著效果;巷道掘进爆破中,在巷道成型、光面爆破效果等方面同样效果显著。为峨口铁矿露天、地下采矿生产提供了有力的技术支持。
This research takes the blasting of open-pit medium-deep hole and roadway excavation in Taigang Dai County Mining Co.,Ltd.,as an example.The Open hole blasting parameters are:the borehole diameter is 250 mm,hole network parameter is 6 m×7 m,bench height is 12 m and hole depth is 13.5 m.Meanwhile,the roadway blasting parameters with straight hole cutting mode are:the hole depth is 3 m,cut hole distance is 400 mm,peripheral hole distance is 750 mm,bottom hole distance is 700 mm and auxiliary hole distance is 600~700 mm.Under the premise of the same blasting parameters,detonating mode and blasting network connection,the digital electronic detonators was used to connect the blasting network.By comparing the practical application of digital electronic detonator and non-electric plastic detonator in blasting engineering,digital electronic detonator can effectively control the harmful effects of blasting because of the high control precision of differential time.In deep hole blasting,it remarkable resulted in reducing bulk rate,turning back,blasting vibration and explosive unit consumption.In the roadway excavation blasting,the effect of roadway forming and smooth blasting is also remarkable.It provides strong a technical support for open-pit and underground mining production of Ekou Iron Mine.
