摘要 装配式钢-混组合梁桥在城市中小跨径桥梁中占比较大,具有快捷施工、安全美观的特性。BIM信息技术可以有效提高装配式钢-组合梁桥的施工性及安全性,但BIM技术在装配式钢-混组合梁桥领域的应用与研究存在较大局限。文章系统开展了桥梁BIM建模的参数设置及划分原则研究,进行装配式钢-混组合梁桥的族库、参数化上下部结构BIM模型建立以及相应单元快速建模研究,将快捷化建模技术应用在东新高架桥上,建立全桥BIM模型,用于桥梁的全寿命周期管理,极大地提高BIM技术在该项目的应用效率。 The prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge accounts for a large proportion of the small and medium-span bridges in the city, and has the characteristics of quick construction, safe and beautiful. BIM information technology can effectively improve the construction and safety of fabricated steel-composite beam bridges, but the application and research of BIM technology in the field of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridges has great limitations. The paper systematically carried out research on the parameter setting and division principle of bridge BIM modeling, as well as the family library of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridges, the establishment of parameterized upper and lower structure BIM models, and the rapid modeling of corresponding units. And it applied the fast modeling technology to the Dongxin viaduct, established its full bridge BIM model for the life cycle management of the bridge, which greatly improved the application efficiency of BIM technology in the project.
