在分析当前我国海上搜救应急体系普遍存在问题的基础上,解析新《海上交通安全法》在海上搜救方面的变化及其影响,提出完善海上搜救应急体系的对策建议。

Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current emergency response system for maritime search and rescue,the paper interprets the changes of the new"Maritime Traffic Safety Law"in maritime search and rescue as well as the impacts,and puts forward countermeasures for implementing the new provision and improving the system.
