Current Situation of the Safeguard Measures of Fujian Coastal Offshore Wind Farm Beacon and Improvement Reccomendations

通过分析福建沿海海上风电场(OWF)的建设、规划与船舶航行安全之间的矛盾,风电场水域航标系统的设置、维护、管理现状,研究并提出改进福建沿海海上风电场水域航标保障的措施。

Based on the analysis on the contradiction between the construction and planning of Fujian offshore wind farms(OWF)and the navigation safety of ships,and the current situation of the setting,maintenance and management of aids to navigation(AtoN)systems in the waters of OWFs,this paper studies and puts forward the measures to improve the AtoN in the waters of Fujian OWFs.
