Analysis on Shipborne AIS Abnormally Submit Satellite Message and Associated Countermeasures

船舶自动识别系统(AIS)船载设备在2075/2076信道播发卫星AIS报文(27号报文),以实现卫星对船舶AIS信号的有效探测。近日,AIS国家中心监测到中国沿海存在部分船载AIS设备通过2087/2088信道播发卫星AIS报文的异常播发行为,影响船舶航行安全。通过对此问题的成因和机制进行分析,研究其可能造成的危害,提出了相应的对策和建议。

The shipborne equipment of automatic identification system(AIS)transmits long-range AIS broadcast(Message 27)through the 2075/2076 channels to enable the effective detection of AIS signals from ships by satellites.Recently,the AIS National Center has detected abnormal long-range AIS broadcast messages transmitted by shipborne AIS equipment along China's coastal waters through 2087/2088 channels,posing a threat to navigation safety.This paper analyzes the causes and mechanism of the illegal channel occupation,studies its possible hazards,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
