摘要 文章以船舶过闸作为研究对象,结合船舶过闸业务流程,挖掘当前船舶过闸主要流程存在的安全风险。在此基础上,围绕船闸人工微干预模式下自动化运行与远程集中控制的目标,借助视频监控、雷视融合、AIS与视频融合等多源融合技术,对船舶身份核查、吃水超限检测、超高检测、超速检测、闸门区域船舶检测、超警戒线预警、闸门上方行人检测、系缆安全检测等方面存在的安全风险进行自动识别、自动预警、自动处置,为船舶过闸安全提供保障,为船闸自动化运行提供支撑。 This article takes the ship gate as the research object and combines the ship gate business process to explore the security risks of the current ship gate process. On this basis, centering on the goal of automatic operation and remote centralized control under the manual micro-intervention mode of the ship lock, with the help of multi-source fusion technologies such as video surveillance, Ray Vision fusion, AIS and video fusion, the identity verification of ships, the detection of excessive draft, and the Automatic identification, automatic warning, and automatic disposal of safety risks in high detection, speeding detection, ship detection in the gate area, over-warning warning, pedestrian detection above the gate, and mooring safety detection, etc., to provide protection for the safety of ships passing the gate. Provide support for the automatic operation of ship locks.
