多维共情测试中文版测评社区成年人的效度和信度

Validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Multifaceted Empathy Test in the community

目的:引入多维共情测试(MET)并检验其效度和信度。方法:在北京市某社区招募201名被试(年龄18~89岁),使用多维共情测试(MET)中文版进行评估和施测。对所有样本进行验证性因子分析以检验结构效度;人际反应指数量表(IRI)测评用以检验效标关联效度;使用Cronbachα系数和最大下限临界值(glb)进行信度分析;间隔2周后对其中22人进行重测。结果:MET中文版包括认知共情、积极情绪共情和消极情绪共情3个维度,3因子结构模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=1.26,RMSEA=0.04,CFI=0.92,TLI=0.92,SRMR=0.10);3个维度得分均与IRI总分正相关(r=0.24、0.23、0.30,P<0.01或P<0.001),积极情绪共情和消极情绪共情得分与IRI的共情关注得分正相关(r=0.24、0.18,P<0.01或P<0.05)。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.94,3个维度的α系数分别为0.36、0.93、0.95;总量表的glb为0.91,3个维度的glb分别为0.63、0.96、0.96;总量表的重测相关系数(ICC)为0.88,3个维度的ICC分别为0.61、0.82、0.79。结论:多维共情测试中文版的效度和信度良好,可以用于社区成年个体多维共情的测量。

Objective:To test validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Multifaceted Empathy Test(MET).Methods:A sample of 201 Chinese participants(aged 18-89 years)who were from a community in Beijing was recruited.All participants completed the Chinese version of the MET.Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify the structural validity,and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index(IRI)was chosen as the criterionrelated validity indicator.Besides,all samples were analyzed for Cronbach’s α reliability and greatest lower bound reliability,and 22 of them were selected by convenient sampling and retested for test-retest reliability with a 2-week interval.Results:The Chinese version of MET consisted of 3 factors,namely cognitive empathy,positive emotional empathy,and negative emotional empathy.The 3-factor model fit well(χ^(2)/df=1.26,RMSEA=0.04,CFI=0.92,TLI=0.92,SRMR=0.10).The scores of three subscales were positively correlated with the IRI scores(r=0.24,0.23,0.30,Ps<0.01),and the scores of positive emotional scale and the negative emotional scale were positively correlated with the"empathy concern"scores(r=0.24,0.18;Ps<0.05).The Cronbach’sαcoefficients of the Chinese version of MET were 0.94 for the total scale,and 0.36,0.93,and 0.95 for the 3 factors.Greatest lower bound coefficients of the Chinese version of MET were 0.91 for the total scale,and 0.63,0.96 and 0.96 for the 3 factors.The ICCs of test-retest reliability were 0.88 for the total scale(P<0.001),and 0.61,0.82 and 0.79 for the3 factors.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Multifaceted Empathy Test(MET)shows good validity and reliability in the preliminary test,which could be suitable to measure multifaceted empathy of Chinese adult individuals in the community.
